Grooming is a crucial part of preparing for a headshot. Here are some tips to help you look your best:
Hair: Get a haircut/ style/trim a few days before the shoot to ensure your hair looks neat and fresh.
Men shave facial hair, and women keep your eyebrows well groomed.
Skin: Drink plenty for water to hydrate your skin. We have professional makeup artists that are available on the day of your shoot to ensure we achieve the look you want.
Aim for a natural makeup look that enhances your features. Ensure your nails are clean and neatly trimmed.
Rest: Lastly, be sure to get plenty of rest the night before and ensure you aren’t rushed to arrive to your shoot.

The best headshot outfits are simple, classic, and should reflect your personal brand.
Gentlemen: A well-fitted dress shirt with a blazer is a classic choice. Ensure your clothes fit well. Avoid anything too tight or too loose.

It's actually a good thing to be a little nervous before a professional headshot session,. We use music, lighting and the energy that will be an experience that you won’t forget! We have FUN!
Breathe! Your Creative Director and photographer will remind you of this. Learn diaphragmatic breathing exercises before you shoot to avoid exhaustion.
